日前,国家广播电影电视总局颁发了《广播电视广告播放管理暂行办法》,第一次以总局令形式对广播电视广告的内容、播放总量、广告插播、播放监管等进行全面的规范。但记者昨天从各方获悉,大家对该《办法》能否具体落实普遍感到担忧。据悉,在此之前,国家广电总局曾规定,在19点至21点的黄金时间,电视广告总量不得超过12%。而如今这一标准被提高到15%。此外,国家广电总局对电视剧中插播广告的时间也进行了限制。
