目的:观察棘阿米巴内共生细菌的超微结构。方法:用地衣红-卡红染色确认棘阿米巴土壤分离株CB/S1内存在共生细菌,在透射电镜下观察其超微结构。结果:透射电镜下可见在棘阿米巴胞质内不规则分布的共生细菌,呈棒状,具有双层膜,膜外附着许多棘阿米巴宿主的核糖体。结论:内共生细菌的存在对宿主阿米巴的结构没有引起特殊的改变。
Objective: To observe the ultrastructure of Acanthamoeba endomorphism bacteria. Methods: The symbiotic bacteria in the CB / S1 of Acanthamoeba clones were identified by lichen red-card red staining. The ultrastructure of the bacteria was observed under transmission electron microscope. Results: Transmission electron microscopy showed that there were irregularly distributed symbiont bacteria in the cytoplasm of Acanthamoeba, which had a rod-like shape with a double-layer membrane and attached many ribosomes of Acanthamoeba host cells. CONCLUSIONS: The presence of endosymbiontic bacteria did not cause any specific changes in the structure of the host amoeba.
