观察17例无糖尿病既往史及家族史、且肾功能正常的肾病患儿于泼尼松治疗时糖代谢的改变。除检测尿糖、尿酮体外,以微量血糖测定仪侧空腹血糖,以放射免疫法测血胰岛素及胰高血糖素,并作了糖耐量试验。受试患儿于泼尼松治疗前后空腹血糖在正常范围,糖耐量仅1例于治疗3个月时轻度异常。但胰岛素基础分泌水平于泼尼松1.5~2.0mg·kg-1/d服用1个月时测得水平显著增高,于隔日减量维持治疗时恢复至接近正常水平,提示用药后有胰岛素代偿分泌增高以维持血糖于正常水平。
17 patients with no history of diabetes and family history of renal disease were observed in children with prednisone treatment of glucose metabolism changes. The subjects had a fasting blood glucose level within the normal range before and after prednisone treatment. Only 1 patient with impaired glucose tolerance was mildly abnormal at 3 months of treatment. However, the level of basal insulin secretion was significantly higher at 1 ~ 2 months after prednisone 1.5 ~ 2.0mg · kg-1 / d, and recovered to nearly normal level on the next day after maintenance therapy, suggesting that there was Increased insulin compensatory secretion to maintain normal blood glucose levels.
