70％的晚期肿瘤患者经受着疼痛的折磨。强烈持续的疼痛，严重影响其生活质量，疼痛可使患者丧失生活信心，故止痛在抗癌治疗上具有重要意义。世界卫生组织（WHO）与卫生部推荐使用强吗啡类口服止痛控释片治疗癌症疼痛。笔者用该药治疗30例肿瘤患者，取得了较满意效果，现报道如
70% of patients with advanced cancer suffer from pain. The intense and persistent pain seriously affects the quality of life. Pain can cause patients to lose their confidence in life. Therefore, pain relief has important significance in anti-cancer treatment.
