一氧化氮(NO)是一种无机小分子,普遍存在于脊椎动物各种细胞内,其生物学意义过去未引起注意,1989年Moncada发现血管内皮细胞产生的血管舒张因子的本质即NO后,掀起了NO的研究高潮。我院自1996年9月至1997年3月对25例肺切患者进行了血清NO水平的测定,探讨其与肺癌的关系。
Nitric oxide (NO) is an inorganic small molecule that is ubiquitous in various cells of vertebrates. Its biological significance has not been noticed in the past. Moncada discovered in 1989 that the nature of the vasodilatory factor produced by vascular endothelial cells is NO, Set off the NO research climax. In our hospital from September 1996 to March 1997, 25 cases of patients with lung incision were measured serum NO levels, to explore its relationship with lung cancer.
