目的 :用 PSCM- 型口腔止血粉药理作用及临床疗效。方法 :进行动物实验 ,观察止血作用 ;进行临床试验 ,观察 PSCM- 型口腔止血粉加速血液凝固作用、促进末梢血管收缩作用、抑菌作用、促进肉芽生长作用 ;进行临床观察 ,观察口腔出血患者采用 PSCM- 型口腔止血粉止血效果。结果 :动物实验证实 PSCM- 型口腔止血粉可立刻止血 ;临床试验表明PSCM- 型口腔止血粉加速血液凝固、促进末梢血管收缩、抑菌、促进肉芽生长等作用确实 ;临床观察显示 PSCM- 型口腔止血粉止血效果显著。结论 :PSCM- 型口腔止血粉通过加速凝血、促使末梢血管收缩 ,达到止血目的 ;其轻度抑菌作用及促进肉芽生长功效有利于创口早期愈和。
Objective: To use pharmacological effects and clinical efficacy of PSCM-type oral hemostatic powder. METHODS: Animal experiments were conducted to observe the hemostatic effect; clinical trials were conducted to observe the effects of PSCM-type oral hemostatic powder on accelerating blood coagulation, promoting peripheral vasoconstriction, antibacterial action, and promoting granulation growth; clinical observation was performed to observe patients with oral bleeding. PSCM-type oral hemostatic powder to stop bleeding. Results: Animal experiments confirmed that PSCM-type oral hemostatic powder can stop bleeding immediately; clinical trials showed that PSCM-type oral hemostatic powder can accelerate blood coagulation, promote peripheral vasoconstriction, inhibit bacteria, promote granulation growth, etc.; clinical observation shows that PSCM-type oral cavity Hemostasis has a significant hemostatic effect. Conclusion : PSCM-type oral hemostatic powder can accelerate hemostasis and accelerate peripheral blood vessel contraction to achieve hemostasis. Its mild antibacterial effect and promotion of granulation growth are beneficial to early wound healing.
