目的对2000~2005年于我院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者,总计278例,调查其住院原因,进行5年回顾性分析。方法查阅原始病历记录,根据病人现病史及出院诊断,确定病人的住院原因,如实填写已设计好的表格。表格包括住院原因,病人的一般情况。结果住院原因复诊病人首位为糖尿病高血糖,其次为糖尿病慢性并发症。初诊病人首位为有糖尿病症状,其次为健康体检发现糖尿病。
Objective To investigate the causes of hospitalization of type 2 diabetic patients admitted to Department of Endocrinology in our hospital from 2000 to 2005 for a total of 278 cases and to conduct a 5-year retrospective analysis. Methods Check the original medical record, according to the patient’s current illness and discharge diagnosis, determine the patient’s hospitalization reasons, truthfully fill in the designed form. The form includes the reasons for hospitalization, the general condition of the patient. Results The most common cause of hospital admission was diabetic hyperglycemia, followed by chronic complications of diabetes. First visit to patients with diabetes symptoms, followed by health examination found that diabetes.
