文章报导3例特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症(IPH),并讨论分析了误诊的经验教训。提出了凡小儿有咯血症状不能以其他疾病解释及伴有与咯血程度不符的贫血,应考虑IPH。并讨论了农药可能是诱发本病的因素。
The article reported 3 cases of idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis (IPH), and discussed the lessons learned from misdiagnosis. Proposed that children with hemoptysis symptoms can not be explained by other diseases and accompanied by anemia does not match the extent of hemoptysis should consider IPH. And discussed the pesticide may be the cause of this disease.
