去年,司法部确定北京市作为开展社区矫正工作的试点地区。一年来,我市社区矫正工作确立了基本的指导思想,构建了较为完备的组织体系,初步形成了规范执法工作机制,逐步完善了矫正管理制度,试点工作在全市全面展开,矫正对象总体状况良好。截止到6月底,已累计接收矫正对象3077名,解除矫正468名。我们认为,试点工作能否取得成功,关键在于矫正质量。因此,我们从试点开始,就紧紧围绕提高矫正质量开展工作,把它作为社区矫正全部工作的出发点和落脚点。一、探索分类管理、分阶段教育工作模式
Last year, the Ministry of Justice identified Beijing as a pilot area for conducting community corrections. In the past year, the city’s community rectification work established the basic guiding ideology, built a relatively complete organizational system, initially formed a standardized law enforcement work mechanism and gradually improved the corrective management system. The pilot work was carried out in an all-round way in the whole city and the corrective objects in general were in good condition . As of the end of June, 3077 subjects of correction had been received and 468 people were released from correction. In our opinion, the key to the success of the pilot work is to correct the quality.
