对液态金属电磁成形的物理和数学模型进行了分析 ,提出了双频电磁成形的方法 (利用两种频率的电磁场实现固态金属无接触加热熔化和熔化后的金属无模壳电磁成形 )和原理。在分析液态金属电磁成形理论模型的基础上确认 :作用在液态金属表面的电磁压力和加热密度主要取决于其表面上磁场的大小以及磁场在液态金属中的分布规律。最后分析了复杂形状液态金属电磁成形数值计算中存在的难点和解决方法。
The physical and mathematical models of liquid metal electromagnetic forming are analyzed, and a dual-frequency electromagnetic forming method (using two frequencies of electromagnetic field to achieve solid-state metal without contact heating and melting of metal without mold electromagnetic forming) and principle is proposed. On the basis of analyzing the theoretical model of liquid metal electromagnetic forming, it is confirmed that the electromagnetic pressure and heating density acting on the liquid metal surface mainly depend on the magnetic field on the surface and the magnetic field distribution in the liquid metal. Finally, the difficulties and solutions in the numerical calculation of complex shape liquid metal electromagnetic forming are analyzed.
