在建立和发展社会主义市场经济过程中,如何抓好企业精神文明建设,使两个文明协调发展,这是人们关注的重大理论和实践问题。贵阳铁路分局以五年来的成功实践,对这一问题进行了很好回答。中宣部办公厅《宣传信息》今年第23期对贵阳铁路分局精神文明建设的情况进行了介绍,认为贵阳铁路分局的实践,“对加强企业精神文明建设起到了推动作用,收到了明显的成效,积累了一些经验,可供各地参考。”中共贵州省委办公厅印发了省委领导同志的批示:“党的十四大提出精神文明重在建设的方针,贵铁分局在‘建设’上狠下功夫,做出了成绩,闯出了路子,得到了中宣部的充分肯定。他们的做法和经验值得全省各地特别是大中型企业学习借鉴。”铁道部主要领导同志也以“团结实干,创新奉献”题辞,对贵阳铁路分局两个文明建设所表现的精神给予高度赞扬。本文旨在从理论与实践的结合上,对贵阳铁路分局精神文明建设的成功实践进行探索。
