一台设计定型的电机,其性能能否达到原设计指标,能否达到一等品、优等品、创名牌,或者只是合格品甚至不合格品,主要取决于电机的制造工艺。电机的性能、安装尺寸的精度、振动、噪声、可靠性和寿命等等,都直接与电机的零部件的加工精度有关。因此,零部件的加工精度是电机品质的基础。电机零部件的精度,不仅与电机的质量有关,还与生产效率、成本、设备以及操作工人的技术水平等有制约关系。因此在考虑提高零部件加工精度的必要性的同时,还要充分考虑其合理性,可行性及经济效果。
