目的了解珠三角某市牙片机房外环境辐射水平状况,及时发现问题,提出合理的放射防护建议。方法使用451PDE-SI-RYR高压电离室型巡测仪对该市45间牙片机房外环境辐射水平进行检测,并按照国家标准《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》(GBZ 1l30-2013)进行评价。结果该市45间牙片机房外环境辐射水平均未超出国家标准(2.5μSv/h),合格率100%,其中有3间机房共3个检测点存在射线泄漏,但均未超标。结论该市牙片机房外环境辐射水平检测结果符合国家标准的限值要求。管理者需要提高辐射防护意识,加强放射卫生防护的监督以及公众的参与。
Objective To understand the situation of radiation environment outside the dental room of a certain city in the Pearl River Delta, find out the problems in time, and put forward reasonable suggestions on radiation protection. Methods 451PDE-SI-RYR high-voltage ionization chamber tourimeter was used to detect the ambient radiation level of 45 dental units in the city and evaluated according to the national standard “Radiation Protection Requirements of Medical X-Ray Diagnostics” (GBZ 1l30-2013) . Results The ambient radiation levels of 45 dental unit rooms in the city did not exceed the national standard (2.5μSv / h) with a pass rate of 100%. There were 3 leaks in 3 of the 3 engine rooms, but none of them exceeded the standard. Conclusion The results of the detection of ambient radiation level outside the dental room of this city conform to the limits of national standards. Managers need to increase their awareness of radiation protection, strengthen the supervision of radiation health protection and public participation.
