目的 :研究维生素E和维生素A在视网膜下液 (SRF)的含量 ,并观察服用维生素E和C对其含量的影响。方法 :用微量荧光测量法测定 5 6例孔源性视网膜脱离患者的SRF及血清中维生素E和A的含量 ,其中 18例术前服用维生素E和C各 6 0 0mg/d。结果 :SRF中含有维生素E和A ,二者呈显著正相关 (r=0 495 ,P≤ 0 0 5 ) ,与病程也呈正相关 (r=0 380 ,P≤0 0 5 )。服药患者血清及SRF的维生素E水平显著高于未服药者 (P≤ 0 0 5 ) ,服药 3天后SRF的维生素E水平方显著升高(P≤ 0 0 5 )。结论 :视网膜脱离后仍能动员自身组织的抗过氧化的保护作用 ,服用维生素E和C可以提高SRF中抗过氧化物水平 ,可加强对视网膜组织的保护作用
Objective: To study the content of vitamin E and vitamin A in subretinal fluid (SRF) and to observe the effects of taking vitamin E and vitamin C on their contents. Methods: The contents of SRF and serum vitamin E and A in 56 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were measured by micro fluorescence measurement method. Among them, 18 preoperative vitamins E and C were respectively 600 mg / d. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between vitamin E and vitamin A in SRF (r = 0 495, P≤0 05), which was also positively correlated with the course of disease (r = 0 380, P≤0 05). Serum and SRF levels in patients taking medication were significantly higher than those in those without medication (P≤0 05). The level of vitamin E in SRF was significantly increased after 3 days (P≤0 05). CONCLUSION: Retinal detachment can still mobilize the protective effect of anti-peroxidation on its own tissues. Taking vitamin E and C can increase the anti-peroxide level in SRF and enhance the protective effect on retinal tissue
