Under the new situation of rapid development of high technology, improving the capability of independent innovation of non-public-owned enterprises is of great strategic significance. The development of non-public-owned enterprises has a bearing on the overall level of development of enterprises as well as the sustained and healthy development of the regional economy. Promoting the capability of independent innovation of non-public-owned enterprises helps to promote the improvement of the quality of economic growth and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
