测定了柳蓝叶甲(Plagiodera versicolora)对寄主植物杨树(Populus sp.)、柳树(Salix sp.)和非寄主植物苦楝树(Melia azedarach)叶片气味的触角电位反应。结果表明:柳蓝叶甲对杨树叶片气味的触角电位反应随日龄的增加而增强;对寄主植物杨树、柳树和非寄主植物苦楝树的叶片气味均有较强的触角电位反应;对非寄主植物苦楝树叶气味的触角电位反应显著大于对寄主植物柳树叶片的反应。利用嗅觉仪的测定结果表明,柳蓝叶甲对非寄主植物苦楝树叶片气味的EAG反应与其选择行为反应之间表现出负相关关系。
The antennal potential responses of Plagiodera versicolora to the leaf odor of Populus sp., Salix sp. And non-host Melia azedarach were determined. The results showed that the response of the leaf electric potential of poplar leaves to poplar leaf odor increased with the increase of the age of the leaves. The responses to the leaf odors of poplar, willow and non-host plants of host plants were stronger. The response of the non-host plant Melia azedarach leaves odor was significantly greater than that of the willow leaves of the host plant. The results of the olfactometer showed that there was a negative correlation between the EAG response of A. latifolia and the non-host plant Neem leaf odor and its selective behavior.
