一、问题与起点研究始于问题，而问题的提出又有不同的角度。围绕着证券业中的违法犯罪问题，目前的研究至少存在两类提问方式：一类是就证券违法犯罪的定性特征进行提问，希望回答其法律特征有哪些等问题；另一类是从价值论角度出发，研究证券违法犯罪有何危害、影响等问题。
