本实验以电极导管起搏心房和记录希氏束电图,对18例家兔在体条件下心房和房室结的各种不应期进行了测定。当基础周期为186±20毫秒(M±SD)时,心房的相对不应期,功能不应期和有效不应期分别为102±5、95±4和77±4毫秒(M±SE);房室结的相对不应期和功能不应期分别为147+4和117±3毫秒(M±SE);心房的相对不应期持续时间为25±3毫秒(M±SE);房室结的相对不应期持续时间不小于51±3毫秒(M±SE)。实验证明:房室结的相对不应期持续时间长于心房的值(P<0.0001),而每一只家兔的房室结有效不应期小于心房的功能不应期。作者根据上述数据提出了期前兴奋在心房和房室结的传导模式,
In this study, lead pacing atrial catheter and recording His bundle beam diagram, 18 cases of rabbits in vivo conditions atrial and atrioventricular node of refractory period were determined.
