化学发光免疫测定法(Chemiluminescent immunoassay,CLIA)是一种以化学发光反应示踪抗原抗体间特异性免疫反应的微量检测技术。本实验室用几种不同的方法制备了鲁米诺-羊抗人IgG和ABEI-羊抗人IgG结合物,同时做了质量鉴定,现将结果报告如下。
Chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) is a trace detection technique that uses chemiluminescence reaction to trace the specific immune response between antigen and antibody. Luminol-goat anti-human IgG and ABEI-goat anti-human IgG conjugates were prepared by our lab in several different ways and were also characterized. The results are reported below.
