目的:对秦皇岛市食品中O157:H7大肠杆菌的污染状况进行监测并分析。方法:用改良EC肉汤增菌,采用O157免疫磁珠分离技术,接种柯玛嘉和青岛海博O157显色平板,血清和生化系列证实。结果:220份食品中检出O157:H7大肠杆菌2株,分别为牛肉1株,羊肉1株,检出率0.91%。检出可疑O157:H7大肠杆菌2株,怀疑为L型O157:H7大肠杆菌。结论:秦皇岛市食品中存在O157:H7大肠杆菌的污染,需要对该菌进行长期监测。同时加强L型O157:H7大肠杆菌的检测鉴定。
Objective: To monitor and analyze the contamination of O157: H7 Escherichia coli in food in Qinhuangdao. Methods: The modified EC broth was used for enrichment. O157 immunomagnetic beads separation technique was used to inoculate Kemajia and Qingdao Haibo O157 color plates to confirm the serum and biochemical series. Results: Two strains of O157: H7 Escherichia coli were detected in 220 foodstuffs, including 1 beef and 1 lamb respectively, with a detection rate of 0.91%. Two suspicious O157: H7 Escherichia coli strains were detected, suspected as L type O157: H7 Escherichia coli. Conclusion: There is contamination of O157: H7 Escherichia coli in food in Qinhuangdao City, which needs to be monitored for a long time. At the same time strengthen the L-type O157: H7 E. coli detection and identification.
