自应力钢筋混凝土输水管是利用自应力水泥的膨胀能张拉钢筋而产生预应力的钢筋混凝土管(简称自应力管)。它广泛用于城乡供水、农田排灌、小型水电站等工程。据1989年统计,自应力管年产量3227公里,约占同期水泥压力管产量4225.38公里的四分之三,产量如此之大,其规格为φ100mm～φ800mm 共10种。我厂是国家建材局定点生产自应力钢筋混凝土输水管的企业,年产φ100mm～500mm 自应力管500公里以上,产品主要供应市、县、镇以下的自来
Self-stressing reinforced concrete water pipes are prestressed reinforced concrete pipes (referred to as self-stressing pipes) that utilize the expansion energy of self-stressing concrete to stretch the steel bars. It is widely used in urban and rural water supply, farmland irrigation and drainage, small hydropower stations and other projects. According to statistics from 1989, the annual output of the self-stress pipe is 3,227 kilometers, accounting for about three-quarters of the 4,225.38 kilometers of cement pressure pipe output during the same period. The output is so large that its specifications range from φ100mm to φ800mm. Our factory is an enterprise that produces the self-stressed reinforced concrete water pipe by the National Building Material Bureau. The annual output of the self-stress pipe of φ100mm～500mm is more than 500km. The products are mainly supplied by the cities, counties and towns.
