中职酒店管理专业的学生,要掌握扎实的技能和具有较强的实践能力,才能胜任酒店的具体岗位。要想实现学生“毕业就能就业,就业就能胜任工作”的理想状态,实施“现代学徒制”人才培养模式已势在必行。本文阐述“现代学徒制”在中职酒店管理专业中运用时,学校、酒店和学生个人三方都要努力,才能保障现代学徒制的实施和达到应有的成效。
Secondary vocational hotel management students, to grasp the solid skills and strong practical ability to be competent for the hotel’s specific positions. In order to realize the ideal of students “graduation will be able to obtain employment and employment will be able to work ”, the implementation of “modern apprenticeship ” personnel training mode is imperative. This article states that when “modern apprenticeship system” is used in secondary vocational hotel management major, all three parties, schools, hotels and students, should work hard to ensure the implementation of modern apprenticeship and achieve the desired results.
