这些年来,在语文教学中,我以教育心理学为指导,坚持把学习主体——学生学习语文过程中的心理特征作为改进语文教学的主要参照系统,以此来构思语文教学的整体程序。在这个程序中,我首先选择“兴趣原则”作为实破点,即在语文教学中首先重视兴趣的功能,努力使学生普遍地对语文学习产生浓厚的兴趣,在浓厚的兴趣中学习语文,使兴趣这个看不见摸不着的情感因素,也即非智力因素,象物理学中的杠杆与滚轮一般,在语文学习的整个动态过程
In the past few years, in the teaching of Chinese, I have been guided by educational psychology, and insisted on using the psychological features of learning subjects—students in the process of learning Chinese as the main reference system for improving Chinese language teaching, in order to conceive the whole process of Chinese teaching. In this program, I first chose the “interest principle” as the actual break point, that is, first of all pay attention to the function of interest in Chinese language teaching, strive to make students generally have a keen interest in language learning, and learn Chinese with a strong interest. Interestingly, this invisible emotional factor, that is, non-intellectual factors, like the levers and wheels in physics, is the dynamic process of language learning.
