单核吞噬细胞系统在机体的非特异防御和免疫中具有重大作用。虽然许多作者的文章致力研究慢性扁桃体炎的的免疫状态,但是没有阐明单核细胞的功能状态。作者测定了各型慢性扁桃体炎病人末梢血单核细胞的功能。共检查140例,男80例,女60例,年龄14～50岁。105例为失代偿型,35例为代偿型。根据临床特点把失代偿型分为二组。第一组包括局部症状明显和低热者;第二组为伴有心脏、关节和肾功能损害者。另外在并发扁桃体周围脓肿的急性期检查25例。25名年龄18～45岁健康人作为对照组。
The mononuclear phagocyte system plays a major role in the non-specific defense and immunity of the body. Although many authors’ articles are devoted to studying the immune status of chronic tonsillitis, the functional status of monocytes has not been elucidated. The authors determined the function of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with various types of chronic tonsillitis. A total of 140 cases examined, 80 males and 60 females, aged 14 to 50 years. 105 cases were decompensated and 35 cases compensated. Decompensated type is divided into two groups according to clinical features. The first group includes those with local symptoms and hypothermia; the second group is those with cardiac, joint and renal dysfunction. In addition, in the acute phase of tonsillar abscess in 25 cases. Twenty-five healthy people aged 18-45 years served as control group.
