徽商的经营策略与现代家族式企业财务管理存在着共性,当代家族式企业目前急需改革,借鉴徽商的经营文化、经营方式等可以帮助其更好地实现转型升级。本文通过对比徽商和当代家族式企业的经营方式得到两者的共同点,分析家族式企业的财务管理状况,从财务管理理念、制度等方面提出徽商的借鉴意义,并指出家族式企业财务改革的方向,以期促进家族式企业更好地发展。
The business strategy of Huizhou Merchants is in common with the financial management of modern family-owned enterprises. The contemporary family-owned enterprises are urgently in need of reform.
