钱钟书老人曾有名篇《围城》,那是讲述人生和爱情的故事,我们这里的“围城”,却是有点雷同于战争年代的兵临城下,虽然有些夸大,但绝非危言耸听。 众所周知,我国已成为举世瞩目的鞋类生产、出口和消费大国,可喜!可贺!然而,随着鞋靴零部件进口额的逐年递增,我国又成为鞋靴零部件的进口大国,各种进口鞋类零部件有逐渐合围国产零部件之势。与此同时,我国鞋产品的出口形势也是喜忧参半,国外没完没了的反倾销此起彼伏,国内一些企业又“既不保证质量,又到外边乱打仗”,搞低价竞销,自毁声誉。

Footwear parts are gradually encircling domestic components. At the same time, the export situation of China’s footwear products is also mixed. There is endless anti-dumping abroad, and some domestic enterprises “never guarantee quality and go outside to chaos”, engage in low-price competition, and destroy their reputation.
