党员的党性(共性)与党员的个人人生观(个性),恰如经线和纬线缠裹着党员具体、鲜活、丰富多彩的人生历程,理顺、摆正二者的位置,使二者达到同频共振,共同支撑起人生的框架,其根本途径在于加强党员的党性修养。党性是党员先进性集中而具体的体现,党性修养就是共产党员先进性不断升华的过程。
