2013年7月,作为第七批援藏干部之一,谷礼澜派驻并担任西藏嘉黎县委办公室副主任。之后的三年里,他牢记着组织的使命,扎实开展建设帮扶工作,同时也记住了嘉黎的蓝天净土和藏区同志的热情纯朴。有一种责任叫坚守西藏嘉黎,万里羌塘,蓝天白云,神山圣湖。夏季绿草茵茵,冬季白雪茫茫,美如天堂。都说这里离天最近,但生存的环境十分艰苦。
