加强城市医院对农村基层医疗单位的支援,乃是发展我国农村卫生事业的一项重要措施。宁波市卫生局于1992年起组织9所市级医院、1所卫生学校、3家区卫生局,对口支援13个乡镇卫生院。四年来的实践证明,此举方向正确,办法可行,深受农村居民和乡镇卫生院欢迎。本文拟结合医疗支农的实践,对如何完善各项措施进行一些回顾和探讨。
Strengthening urban hospitals’ support for rural primary medical units is an important measure for the development of rural health in China. The Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Health organized nine municipal hospitals, one health school, and three district health bureaus since 1992, and supported 13 township hospitals. The practice in the past four years has proved that the move is in the right direction and the approach is feasible. It is welcomed by rural residents and township hospitals. This article intends to combine the practice of medical support for agriculture to review and discuss how to improve the measures.
