第四届全国分析化学年会暨第三届无机微量技术与痕量分析学术讨论会,于1991年5月21日至5月24日在天津市隆重召开。来自全国28个省、市及自治区的代表385人出席了本届年会和学术讨论会。南开大学校长母国光教授出席会议并讲了话。副校长张允什教授,化学系教授、中国科学院学部委员何炳林、陈荣悌、陈茹玉和申泮文以及天津市科学技术协会学会部部长李青出席了年会的开幕式。母国光校长在会上发表了热情洋溢的即席讲话,受到与会代表的热烈欢迎。分析化学界的老前辈,79岁高龄的中国科学院学部委员梁树权教授出席了开幕式,并作了讲话。开幕式后,我国著名分析化学专家汪尔康、曾云鹗、俞汝勤、杨芄原、戴树桂、金钦汉、慈云祥等教授分别就当前分析化学发展中的前沿问题作了学术报告。
The Fourth National Conference on Analytical Chemistry and the Third Inorganic Trace Analysis and Trace Analysis Symposium was held in Tianjin from May 21 to May 24, 1991. 385 representatives from 28 provinces, cities and autonomous regions of China attended the annual conference and seminar. Nankai University President Professor Guo Guoguang attended the meeting and made a speech. Vice Presidents Professor Zhang Yanshi, Professor of Chemistry, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences He Binglin, Chen Rongti, Chen Ruyu and Shen Panwen and Tianjin Science and Technology Association Minister Li Qing attended the opening ceremony of the annual meeting. The headmaster of the motherland made a warm and welcoming speech at the conference and was warmly welcomed by the participants. Professor Liang Shuquan, a 79-year-old academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, attended the opening ceremony and made a speech. After the opening ceremony, professors Wang Erkang, Zeng Yunxuan, Yu Ruqin, Yang Yuanyuan, Dai Shugui, Jin Chinhan and Tsz Wan-hsiang, renowned analytical chemistry experts in China, respectively gave academic reports on the frontier issues in the development of analytical chemistry.
