目的探讨自考生一般自我效能感、成就动机的特点及其相关关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表和成就动机量表对226名自考生进行施测。结果①自考生一般自我效能感性别差异显著。②避免失败动机存在城乡差异,而追求成功动机和合成动机在性别、城乡等变量上差异都不显著;低自我效能组存在性别主效应,城乡与性别的交互作用显著。③一般自我效能感与成就动机各维度存在显著相关。④高自我效能组的成就动机显著高于低自我效能组。结论不同自考生的自我效能感存在差异,不同自我效能感影响自考生的成就动机水平。
Objective To explore the self-efficacy and achievement motivation of self-examinees and their correlations. Methods Using self-efficacy scale and achievement-motivation scale, 226 self-test students were tested. Results ① There was significant gender difference in the self-efficacy of self-reported students. ② There is a difference between urban and rural areas in avoiding motivation of failure, and there is no significant difference in gender, urban and rural variables in pursuit of success motivation and synthetic motivation. There is gender main effect in low self-efficacy group and significant interaction between urban and rural areas. ③ There is a significant correlation between general self-efficacy and achievement motivation dimensions. ④ high self-efficacy group achievement motivation was significantly higher than low self-efficacy group. Conclusions There are differences in the self-efficacy of self-examinees, and the different self-efficacy affects the level of achievement motivation.
