南钢高炉炉缸炉底侵蚀研究

利用南钢3、4、5号高炉扒炉机会,对3座高炉炉缸炉底进行侵蚀研究,分析了造成侵蚀的主要原因,并提出了延长炉底、炉缸寿命的设想和措施。

Based on the griddle blast furnace opportunities of No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 blast furnaces in Nansteel, the erosion of the three blast furnace hearths was studied. The main causes of the erosion were analyzed. Proposals and measures for prolonging the life of hearth and hearth were proposed.
