研究了一种处理伏安(极谱)重叠峰的数学模型。将几类具峰状的极谱电流公式归纳成一般的关系式,提出了一个通用的拟合函数,经非线性最小二乘法处理,可得到重叠组份的蜂高、峰电位和半峰宽等参数。本法适用于示差脉冲极谱、交流极谱、方波极谱、一阶导数卷积伏安法及其反向溶出伏安重叠峰的分离。已用于示差脉冲极谱和交流极谱重叠峰的分辨,得到满意结果。
A mathematical model dealing with overlapping peaks of voltammetric (polarographic) spectra was studied. Several kinds of peak polarographic current formulas are generalized to a general relational formula, and a general fitting function is proposed. The non-linear least square method can obtain the peak height, peak potential and full width at half maximum Other parameters. This method is suitable for the separation of differential pulse polarography, alternating current polarography, square wave polarography, first-order derivative convolution voltammetry and its overlapped reverse-extraction voltammetry peak. Has been used for differential pulse polarography and AC polarographic overlap peak resolution, satisfactory results.
