汉代的杨雄说过:“师者,人之模范也”。表明教师是学生做人的模范。唐宋八大家之一的韩愈也写道:“师者,所以传道、授业、解惑也”。是说教师是传播道理、传授技能、解除困惑的人。教师的思想道德、精神风貌、学识水平、教育技能等直接影响着学生的成长过程。如今新课程改革的实施,向传统的教育观念提出了挑战。要求现代的教师在具备良好的素质的同时,还要求教师在教学中应用良好的教育技巧。充分调动学生的学习积极性,培养学生的学习兴趣,
