目的:探讨P16、P27与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)蛋白表达的关系。方法:应用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连结法(SP法)检测43例侵袭性垂体腺瘤和37例非侵袭性腺瘤的P16、P27和PCNA蛋白表达水平,分析P16、P27蛋白表达水平与PCNA蛋白表达之间的相关性。结果:垂体侵袭腺瘤P16、P27蛋白表达较非侵袭组明显减低;复发组P16蛋白表达的阳性率与非复发组之间差异无统计学意义,P27蛋白表达非复发组减低,差异有统计学意义。结果提示在垂体腺瘤发生过程中三者的表达水平可能具有一定程度的相关性。结论:P16、P27蛋白表达异常与侵袭性垂体腺瘤的PCNA有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of P16 and P27 and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) protein. Methods: The expressions of P16, P27 and PCNA in 43 cases of invasive pituitary adenomas and 37 cases of non-invasive adenomas were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase-linked method (SP method). The expressions of P16, Correlation between P27 protein expression and PCNA protein expression. Results: The expression of P16 and P27 in pituitary adenomas was significantly lower than that in non-invasive groups. The positive rate of P16 protein expression in recurrence group was not significantly different from that in non-recurrence group, while the expression of P27 protein in non-recurrence group was decreased significance. The results suggest that in the process of pituitary adenoma expression of the three may have a certain degree of correlation. Conclusion: The abnormal expressions of P16 and P27 proteins are associated with PCNA in invasive pituitary adenomas.
