The research on rapid presupposition of concrete strength for 28 days using procoagulant pressurization and steaming technology began in 1980. The test used an orthogonal design and formulated two kinds of special coagulants for domestic use, CS and CAS, from 15 chemical reagents. The experimental study of the accelerating pressure steaming technique using the above-mentioned coagulant can eliminate the static stop time and shorten the pressure steaming time to 1 hour. The pressure steaming equipment adopts a civil pressure cooker, which is easy to operate, easy to grasp, and low in equipment cost, creating extremely favorable conditions for field application. In 1981, the Ministry of Transportation Technology Bureau, the former Ministry of Water Resources’s Capital Construction Bureau, and the former Ministry of Power and Hydropower General Administration held a “concrete rapid strength test in Beijing.
