农村电气化,是我国国民经济发展的必由之路。从1990年12月我国第一座三遥无人值班变电所诞生(湖南省南县华阁变)开始,我国在农村电力的管理和控制过程中,广泛采用电子计算机技术,并逐步实现农网综合自动化。推广农网无人值班变电所的高潮已经到来,今后我国农村变电所模式方案当是无人化。 一.改造方案 1.旧变电所的改造采用常规远动方式 在原来的二遥(遥信、遥测)基础上,利用远动RTU,进行开关的遥控和变压器有载调压的遥调,取消中央信号装置、控制盘,就地只留控制把手和红绿灯。并增加“当地”“远分”切换开关,取消当地测量仪表;取消光字牌,各预告事故信号经简化合并后接入RTU送调度或巡检中心,对刀闸和断路器采用双位置遥信。遥信取样方式可分为扫描方式(普通接点)及中断方式(保护动作接点)。遥测采用常规遥测变送器和交流采样方式,同时保护与远动分开,相互独立,并以继电器接点方式接入
