1982年2月9日至15日,农业部、全国供销合作总社、轻工业部联合在湖南郴州召开了全国提高烟叶质量经验交流会。有23个省、市自治区、5个重点产烟地区、41个烤烟基地县的农业、供销、轻工部门的代表,部分地委、行署、县委、县人民政府的负责同志,中国农业科学院烟草研究所、轻工业部烟草工业科学研究所等科研单位和中国土畜产进出口总公司的代表,共200余人出席了会议。这次会议,认真交流了提高烟叶质量的经验,着重讨论了如何按照国家计划发展烟叶生
February 9, 1982 to 15, the Ministry of Agriculture, National Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, Ministry of Light Industry in Chenzhou, Hunan jointly held a national experience to improve the quality of tobacco exchanges.
