研究邮政业务重组和流程再造,对邮政重新审视传统的业务和管理流程,提高竞争能力具有重要意义。本文分析了邮政目前的一些问题,并参考其他国家邮政业务重组的事例,提出中国邮政必须把“业务重组”和“流程再造”视为获得竞争优势的重要战略,来加速企业自身的发展,提高邮政的核心竞争力。
Research on postal service restructuring and process reengineering is of great significance to the postal re-examination of traditional business and management processes and enhancement of competitiveness.
