教育机构实施课改方案的重要动机在于调整学生传统硬性记忆学习方式,令学生能够快速建立起一类自主、合作、探究式验证交流平台架构,对应的教师自身角色功能也要做出适当的变化。因此,笔者主要结合小学语文教师和学生日常教学对应关系加以客观论述,同时联合最新人本服务教学理念进行对应调试方案制定,希望能够为相关师生提供合理调试经验,避免任何瓶颈限制因素滋生。
The important motivation of educational institutions to implement the curriculum reform lies in adjusting the students’ traditional hard memory learning methods so that students can quickly establish a platform of independent, cooperative and exploratory verification exchange platforms, and corresponding roles of teachers should be appropriately changed . Therefore, the author mainly discusses the correspondence between primary language teachers and students’ daily teaching and objectively elaborates on the corresponding relationship between daily teaching of students in primary schools. At the same time, the author constructs the corresponding debugging scheme in accordance with the latest teaching concept of human-based services. It hopes to provide relevant teachers and students with reasonable debugging experience and avoid any bottleneck limiting factors.
