目的:用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术对北京市两起沙门菌暴发疫情进行病原菌菌株之间的相关性分析。方法:对两起食物中毒事件中分离到的菌株进行PFGE实验,将得到的图谱利用BioNumerics软件UPGMA方法进行聚类分析。结果:两起食物中毒事件中分离到的9株山夫登堡沙门菌经过XbaI酶切后,得到同一种带型。结论:两起食物中毒均为同一带型山夫登堡沙门菌引起,提示可能有共同的传染源。
Objective: Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the correlation between pathogenic bacteria in two outbreaks of Salmonella in Beijing. Methods: PFGE experiments were carried out on two isolated strains of food poisoning. The obtained maps were clustered by UPGMA method using BioNumerics software. Results: Nine Salmonella strains isolated from two food poisoning cases were digested with XbaI to obtain the same banding pattern. Conclusion: Both food poisoning are caused by the same band type Salmonella in Salportenberg, suggesting that there may be a common source of infection.
