目的了解河北省2010年健康人群脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)抗体水平,评价免疫效果,为有效阻断脊灰野病毒及疫苗衍生脊灰病毒的发生或循环提供科学依据。方法 687份血清标本来自7个市﹤1岁、1~2岁、3~4岁、5~6岁、7~11岁、11~14岁、15~19岁、≥20岁人群,采用微量细胞中和实验测定血清脊灰中和抗体。结果脊灰中和抗体Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型阳性率分别是94.9%、95.8%、95.8%;抗体几何平均滴度(Geometric Mean Titers)分别是1︰130.5、1︰134.1、1︰121.9。抗体GMT随着年龄的增长有下降趋势,地区间抗体水平差异有统计学意义。结论该省群体免疫水平较高,能够有效地阻断脊灰野病毒及疫苗衍生脊灰病毒的发生或循环。
Objective To understand the level of polio (polio) antibodies in healthy population in Hebei Province in 2010 to evaluate the immune effect and provide a scientific basis for effectively blocking the occurrence or circulation of poliovirus and vaccine-derived poliovirus. Methods Six hundred and seventy-seven serum samples were collected from seven cities of <1 year old, 1-2 years old, 3-4 years old, 5-6 years old, 7-11 years old, 11-14 years old, 15-19 years old and ≥20 years old. Cell Neutralization Assay Serum Polio-neutralizing Antibodies. Results The positive rates of neutralizing antibodies Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 94.9%, 95.8% and 95.8%, respectively. The Geometric Mean Titers of antibodies were 1︰130.5,1︰134.1,1︰121.9, respectively. Antibody GMT decreased with age, and there was significant difference in antibody levels between regions. Conclusion The higher immunization rate of the population in this province can effectively block the occurrence or circulation of poliovirus and vaccine-derived poliovirus.
