珍珠眼膏系已故名老中医朱震川的祖传秘方制剂珍珠眼药粉改革剂型而成,在保存原有疗效和特色的前提下,把这一古老剂型提高到现代眼药制剂的工艺和质量水平,以克服点眼后的干涩和微刺激感、以及制备过程易染菌等问题,已制出十批次、七百余支珍珠眼膏用于临床,对523只眼进行疗效观察,痊愈79只眼,显效139只眼,有效262只眼,总有效率91.78%。表明对急、慢性结膜炎、砂眼、春季卡他性结膜炎疗效确切,已获成都市科技进步三等奖。现将其研制及应用介绍如下。一、处方珍珠眼药粉由珍珠、冰片、硼砂等九味中药组成,基质采用眼膏基质羊毛脂、液体石蜡、
