建立了HPLC法测定兔血浆中莲心碱浓度的方法,其浓度在0.125~2.5μg/mI范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率日内、日间均大于99%,用本法测定静注后兔体内血药浓度的经时变化,结果符合开放性二室模型,其主要药物动力学参数为:t1/2α=8.303min;t1/2β=129.961min;AUC=132.671μg·min·ml;CL=0.0452ml·min~(-1);Vc=2.768L·kg~(-1)。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of the concentration of steviolin in rabbit plasma. The linearity was well within the range of 0.125-2.5 μg/ml (r=0.9997). The average recoveries were greater than 99% on days and days, determined by this method.
