随着工业的迅速发展,不銹鋼材料应用日益广泛。我厂生产化纤产品中的許多零件如泵体(图1)和泵座(图2)等,都是用1Cr18Ni9Ti等不銹鋼材料。这种材料因导热系数很低,塑性大和强化系数高,所以切削加工时产生的切削温度很高。此外,材料的韌性大、切屑不易折断,因此切削加工性很差,刀具很易磨損。按照图紙規定,还要在零件上钻出要求較高的精密深孔,故加工更感困难。开始时很不适应,經过多次試驗,逐步摸索到一套經驗,現介紹于后。
