近二十年来,人们对稀土铸铁作过很多研究。但是,这种铸铁的石墨结构除球状以外,还有很多“似片状石墨”,严重影响了机械性能,特别是冲击韧性很低,不宜作动负荷较大的工程材料。因而直到现在为止,还未获得普遍推广使用。过去,我们根据一号合金特点,研究制作稀土球墨铸铁,并取得一定成果。但是,金属组织中也有一定量“似片状石墨”,因而机械性能较低,不能满足更高的要求。1964年我们进一步研究稀土铸铁,除在试验室内进行200余炉次试验外,并结合生产在铸工车间进行小量半工业生产。所有试验,炉料用本溪生铁,添加剂用一号合金,有时用混合稀土等进行球化处理。在试验过程中,我们发
