随着国家经济的发展,人力资源管理在企业中的地位越来越高,人事统计工作也被广泛的应用于各个环节当中。人事统计工作贯穿于企业的整个管理过程,从信息收集、咨询到处理、监管。企业的发展壮大,对数据信息的要求越来越高,迫使人事统计工作建立新模式,为提供全面、科学的统计信息做后盾。本文首先介绍了实施人事统计工作的必要性及数据信息的相关特征,然后就人事统计中的数据处理及信息挖掘进行了分析与研究。
With the development of the national economy, human resource management is becoming more and more important in enterprises. Personnel statistics have also been widely applied in all aspects. Personnel statistics work throughout the enterprise management process, from information collection, consulting to handling, regulation. The growth of enterprises, the increasing demand for data and information, forcing personnel statistics to establish a new model for the provision of comprehensive and scientific statistical information backing. This paper first introduces the necessity of implementing the personnel statistics and the related characteristics of the data and information, and then analyzes and studies the data processing and information mining in the personnel statistics.
