大学生是推动国家建设和发展的主力大军,其综合能力的培养越来越被社会和国家所重视。但大学生的口语、文字等表达能力整体下降已经成为了一大趋势,而语商能力对于综合素质的提高又有着十分重要的作用。根据大学生四年学制的成长规律,将非语言类专业大学生语言能力的训练与提高分为四个培养阶段,有针对性地提出具体有效的策略和实现路径,使大学生的语言能力发展与综合素质提升实现有机统一,是提高大学生语言能力的一个新思路。
Undergraduates are the main force in promoting the construction and development of the country, and their comprehensive ability is increasingly valued by the society and the country. However, the decline in the overall speaking ability of college students in oral and written forms has become a major trend, and the ability of language proficiency plays a very important role in improving the overall quality.
