Left ventricular non-compaction cardiomyopathy (LVNC) is a rare cardiomyopathy.The major clinical manifestations are systemic embolism ventricular arrhythmias,heart failure,and sudden death.It is characterized by left ventricular myocardium with two distinct layers including non-compaction and compaction [1,2,3].The clinical diagnosis of LVNC depends on imaging studies.The absence of definitive diagnostic criteria and specific biomarkers causes LVNC misdiagnosis.
