SAW linear frequency modulation (CZT) signal processing technology practical research is one of the important topics of ultrasound electronics. In this paper, the design details of the practical SAW CZT power spectrum analyzer, such as frequency resolution, frequency precision and structure selection, as well as performance analysis problems such as noise and temperature stability are discussed in detail.
